I make baby corn masala as a side dish. This is perfect for the days when you don’t have much time or you’re busy with your work. It tastes so good.

Ingredients:

10 small pieces of baby corn. You can also use two cups of sweet corn or desi corn in place of baby corns( in case you don’t have baby corns) Rest of the procedure is same.
Chopped onions
Home-made garlic paste
Capsicum ( green bell pepper)
Green chillies ( optional)
Red chilli
One tablespoon of soy sauce or as required.
Fresh lemon juice
Oil ( Olive oil or any kind of oil)
Salt and Black Pepper
One tablespoon corn flour for coating
One tablespoon all-purpose flour for coating
One egg ( optional) for crispiness
Method:

Boil the baby corn to make it little softer.
First of all prepare the batter.

Rinse and dry the baby corn.
Chop them if they are larger in size.
Take a big round bowl and add baby corn in that
Add one egg to it
Add one tablespoon of all purpose flour and one tablespoon of corn flour.
Everything should be mixed well.
Nicely coat the baby corn.
Prepare a garlic paste: Take 10 cloves of garlic and make a paste in a blender.

Take a big pan and deep fry these baby corn till it gets golden brown.
Take another pan and add one tablespoon of oil/butter.
Add the garlic paste.
Add finely chopped capsicum and onions
Saute it nicely till they retain their crunch. It should be partly cooked.
Now sprinkle salt and pepper according to your taste.
Add one tablespoon of soy sauce.
Mix everything well and cook it for another 5-10 minutes on a medium flame.
Now add the baby corns and put the heat on a low flame for 2 minutes. Toss it well.
Baby corn masala is ready. Sprinkle the lemon juice and use finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
