I usually bind my baby quilts traditionally. I’ve not tried this method on a quilted project before.

I am making a baby blanket according to your instructions using flannel for the top and bottom of the quilt. I believe I will make the flange for the top piece of the quilt. Do you use this method when making baby quilts that might have quilting cotton as the top of the quilt?

Thanks for letting me know, it should be 160″. It’s been changed.

The instructions directed that 130” of bias binding be cut for the blanket edge. With four(4) 40” edges of the blanket, 130” are not sufficient to bind all four edges. This may have been a typo or, maybe, quick miscalculation but just wanted to call that to your attention. All instructions and suggestions were very helpful in making the blanket and made it much easier. Thanks.
