I have both Maker and Explorer 2,

In reply to Raychel Webb. If you want to cut fabric you'll need the Maker. It depends on how small your letters are. The maker is not made to cut curves smaller than 3/4"

Hello,
I am thinking of purchasing either a Cricut Explore Air 2 or the Maker. I’m going back and forth. I mainly want to use it for making calligraphy cut fabric (names) that are about an inch tall or even less if possible. What would you suggest? Is either machine even capable of doing this?

Hello, I was gifted a Maker someone no longer used. It didn’t come in a box and I’ve discovered the rotary blade is missing (I only have the knife blade)…I’ve looked all over for a replacement and can’t find one. Is it not possible to replace the housing? Any ideas where I can get a new one? This sounds like such a cool feature I’d love to try it!

I (along with several others) have lost/misplaced, etc. the rotary blade housing. I can’t find one to buy anywhere. This is the reason I purchased the Maker – to cut fabric and now I can’t use it. How does one go about replacing the rotary blade housing? Thank you very much for your help! 🙂
