Pizza Parantha

The simplest things in life give the immense pleasure like cooking delicious food for your loved ones 🙂 Coming to one of my favorite fast food that is Pizza, my mouth is already watering. I am a lover of healthy food. I am so fond of pizza so I have come up with an idea that is much healthier and tasty. Want to know how then have a look this very easy recipe.

Ingredients (makes about 4 slices of pizza)

Wheat flour ( 2 cups)
All-purpose flour (1 cup)
Bell peppers ( Red and Yellow)
French Beans
Green Onions
Pizza Sauce/Schezwan Sauce
Pizza Seasoning
Mozzarella Cheese

To prepare a dough: Take a big size bowl, take two cups of wheat flour and one cup of all purpose flour. Mix them well. Add a pinch of salt. Add one tablespoon of oil (olive oil is a healthier option) 😉 Gradually add water and keep mixing well till the dough becomes soft. The dough shouldn’t be sticky, but smooth. Store in a covered container.

Wash all the veggies and chop them nicely.
Grate the mozzarella cheese.
Take a bowl. Add the chopped veggies in the bowl.
Add mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle the pizza seasoning all over the veggies.

Filling, rolling and cooking

Take a dough and start rolling and make a big, flat chapati. If the dough sticks while rolling, sprinkle more flour.
Spread oil on the chapati evenly.
Now spread the pizza sauce evenly on all the sides.
Add the stuffing on half side of the chapatti.
Add a pinch of salt according to your taste.
Flip the other side of chapati over the side where you placed the stuffing. It should look like this.

Now take a fork and start pressing the sides of the chapati so that the filling doesn’t come out.
Flatten the sealed dough and start rolling gently 4-5 times.
Take a non-stick pan, heat one tablespoon of oil/butter and put the chapati on the pan.
Cook it on medium heat till it turns brown.
Bring it down and lower the flame.
Cut the paratha into two pieces.
Serve it hot and top them lavishly with butter.
